Finding good vending suppliers
Often the person or sales rep you buy your vending machines from will provide you with the contact details of their vending suppliers. By all means give them a call but don’t accept they are the cheapest. It’s worthwhile making a few phone calls to other suppliers to compare prices and service.
If you are having trouble finding good vending suppliers in your area, call the product manufacturer directly (like Mars or Coca Cola) and speak to one of their sales staff. Tell them that you are having trouble locating vending suppliers of their product and could you please provide us with 3 reputable contacts in the area.
It’s also good to have at least 2 good suppliers you can order from just in case one runs out of stock, one decides to put the price up or for whatever reason.

When ordering supplies, place an order that will last you at least the next 3 months
When you place a larger order with a supplier, you should ask and usually receive a discount.
So, don't order stock for the month ahead, plan ahead and order enough stock to last you for at least 3 months...or longer if you vend non-perishable items, like toys,
