You can find yourself a bargain buying a used vending machine...but only if the vending machine works.
Type the words “vending machine” into ebay and you’ll find lots of advertisements.
1. Some may have found it takes up too much time
2. Some find that they’re not making as much money as they thought
3. Some find it hard to find new vending locations.
When there are more machines in the garage collecting dust than there are on location, people then decide to pull the plug and sell their vending machines on ebay or the trading post.
Before placing a bid on ebay, ask the seller lots of questions about the machine like how old it is, does it have all it’s original parts, does it work as it should, is the machine on location or in your garage, how long has it been sitting in your garage, does it need parts, why is he or she selling it?
Buying used vending machines at a fraction of the cost of a new machine is a great way to build your existing vending business with a minimal amount of capital.
Just be mindful that the more used vending machines you buy from different sellers, the more keys you’ll have to keep on your key ring.
